This report was prepared as an appendix to the Environmental Analysis for the Master Plan/Development Concept Plan to: provide for continued wilderness reviews for tthe NPS; provide for public input in the selection of study area, if any NPS unit contains land classified as a natural zone; and to consider units which may have been established or enlarged since September 1964 without a specific requirement for wilderness study.
