Study of hydrology, water quality, fishery resources and fish populations in the Aniakchak caldera and Aniakchak river basin. A fishery investigation of Surprise Lake, a 275 hectare lake located in Aniakchak National Monument and Preserve. Dolly Varden (Salvelinus malma) and sockeye salmon (Oncorhynchus nerka) were found in two major tributaries.
