This study is the first systematic inventory of mammals in the 90 year history of Muir Woods National Monument. The study findings will be used to add wildlife presence and habitat information to the quantitative baseline of park wide natural resources. Report on a survey of mammals in the old growth forest of Muir Woods. Describes the inventory methods used (trapping, remote cameras, and incidental observations). Includes a list of mammals, amphibians and reptiles found.
