Report presents information obtained from a study conducted by the Water Resources Division of the National Park Service on the historical lake levels and regulations of the waters now comprising Voyageurs National Park. The report provides a history of the water level regulations and applies simulation models to various regulation approaches to analyze which system will provide the best protection of the environment while allowing for multiple recreational uses as well.
