The species of concern are the green sea turtle complex (Chelonia mydas), loggerhead sea turtle (Caretta caretta), olive ridley sea turtle (Lepidochelys olivacea), hawksbill sea turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata), and leatherback sea turtle (Dermochelys coriacea).... The document presents information on a broad range of topics germane tosea turtle taxonomy, life history, distribution, and exploitation. Relevant national and international conservation legislation is also summarized."
