Flory EA. 1999. Fish and fish habitats of the Falls Creek area: A report to Gustavus Electric Company. Icy Straits Environmental Services. Gustavus, AK

Seine netting, electrofishing, and snorkeling surveys were carried out to determine species of fish present in the Falls Creek area. Snorkeling and elctroshocking were used in particular to determine species in the anadromous reach. Foot counts were also conducted and minnow traps were set. Dolly varden, pink salmon, cutthroat trout, chum salmon, coho salmon, and coastrange sculpin were all observed. Surveys were conducted in late April, early and late July, August, September, October, and November 1999. Some minnow trapping was also conducted in Homesteader and Rink creeks, two streams adjacent to Falls Creek.
