This paper reports the results of a comparison of seven morphological characters in five separate populations of pupfish (genus Cyprinodon) to determine if the populations have changed morphologically since their isolation from each other. The pupfish used in the study came from two springs in Ash Meadows, Devils Hole, the Amargosa River, and Saratoga Springs. The author found "considerable differences in the means of some of their characters," and a rough correlation between the characters and temperature of the springs.
