Dixon Harbor is a study area of approximately 150 square miles on the outer coast of Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve. The area was chosen to include a possible future mining area within the preserve. Main focus of study was on bryophytes, vascular flora, plant communities, birds, and mammals.
