Crews were away from the parks most of the summer while monitoring fires in Alaska, Yellowstone and Yosemite. 23 ground truths completed at May Creek, 3 at Chisana. Helicopter dispatched to Yakutat to assist other field crews while fire management team (Bruce Haller, Mark Henderson and Linda Mutch) were on fires outside. Report summarizes flight time by project and area.
