This is a working, approved copy of the Environmental Assessment and Resource Management Plan for George Washington Carver National Monument, circa 1984. The Resources Management Plan (KMP) is an integral part of an area's General Management Plan. The RMP defines an area's cultural and natural resources and describes the current procedures for the management problems and research needs, assesses alternatives for the resolution of such inadequacies, and proposes a five-year program to meet resources management needs. The Resources Management Plan is a working document, subject to periodic review and revision.
