This biological evaluation analyzes the potential effects of the wastewater system rehabilitation and expansion on USFS land on sensitive plant species which may occur in Bryce Canyon National Park and on adjacent areas of the Dixie National Forest. The names and status of these plants are shown in Table 1. The purpose of this biological evaluation is to make a determination regarding the likely effects of the proposal on the status of these species. As a result of reviews of the project area, surveys species information, and this assessment, it is my determination that there will be no effects on any sensitive plant species as a result of this project. This project will not affect the viability of any sensitive plant species and will not result in a trend toward federal listing.
