A checklist of mosses, liverworts, and hornworts in Kipahulu Valley, Maui, below 2000 feet. Two casual collections were made during stream inventories in 1977 & 1979, and a more extensive survey was made in 1979. Includes 64 species, all native, 47% endemic. All were fairly common species. Several species expected to be present were not, possibly because of the highly disturbed nature of the area.
