Study took place in Panama (parrot fish) and St. Croix, US Virgin Islands (sea urchins). Looked at stomach contents and rate of feeding to estimate the mass of carbonate sediment they produce. Includes a table or "rates of erosion of carbonate surfaces by fish and echinoid populations" which includes data for two echinoids from the Virgin Islands: the long-spined sea urchin and the rock-boring sea urchin.
