The East Mojave Planning Area Analysis (PAA) summarizes social, economical, cultural, and environmental information gathered for planning purposes. This document contains a brief environmental, economic, and social overview of the East Mojave; a Unit Resource Analysis; and a Summary Decision Guide. The Summary Decision Guide is based on 31 geographic sub-areas defined for the PAA. Each of these areas in addition to having its resources identified, has been analyzed for its susceptibility to impact by surface disturbances, visual intrusions, and habitat disturbance.
