An annotated, vouchered checklist is provided of the vascular plant taxa of the Jack Gore Baygall and Neches Bottom Units of the Big Thicket National Preserve in Tyler, Jasper, and Hardin counties, Texas. Together they total 5,379 hectares. Documented for the units are 739 taxa (but inly 734 species due to multiple varieties in some native species), of which 89 taxa (12.1%) are exotics
