This raster dataset is the hillshade model based on a Digital Elevation Model. Digital Elevation Model (DEM) is the terminology adopted by the USGS to describe terrain elevation data sets in a digital raster form. The National Park Manassas National Battlefield DEM mosaic is projected in UTM NAD83 meters; which provides coverage of the entire National Park area plus 804 meters.
