This report locates and assesses existing information pertaining to the water quality in and around Ocmulgee National Monument (OCMU). In addition, this report provides an assessment of the present and likely future water conditions and make recommendations to fill existing information gaps. Water quality and quantity, habitat issues, the potential for invasive species, trends in resource use in OCMU, and watershed influences and other stressors were addressed insofar as possible through available data and first-hand observations.
