In December and January of 1987/88 the anti-zona pellucida vaccine was prepared at the University of Califonlia-Davis, by Irwin Liu, and tested in a captive domestic mare for antibody production. This particular b:ltch of vaccine appeared particularly good and the increase in antibody titers is shown
