During August and September 2000, a total of 904 fish collected from six lakes in western GNP were tested for a list of primary fish pathogens using protocols for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service National Wild Fish Health Survey. The survey was performed to establish baseline fish health information on pathogen prevalence and to support recovery efforts for endangered bull trout.
