Termination of state Lease M-33810 Tract 233, Laguna Madre Kenedy County, Texas Certified Article #000 000 494 This letter is to inform you that this office is marking the above referenced lease terminated. A preliminary review of Railroad Commission production records indicate there has been no oil or gas production from the captionedlease since October 1989. Since that time the General Land Office has not received shut-in payments or written notice of reworking operations. Therefore, the above referenced lease terminated under its own terms of the lease, for cessation of production as of December 30, 1989.
