By copy of this memo, operator is cited for violations of Statewide Rules 3 and 8. Correct, complete signs must be placed in all required locations. The operator is requested to conduct sampling at the tank facility and in the pit area and to delineate the area of contamination. Complete sample analyses, delineation (vertical and horizontal), and remediation plan must be submitted to this office by March 2, 1994 for review.
