The Railroad Commission has approved the plan as proposed (October, 1994). The operator is reminded that compliance with Railroad Commission regulations must be achieved upon completion of remediation. The Railroad Commission also requests that the operator contact the District 04 office prior to proceeding with the sampling and that sampling analyses reports be forwarded to the District Office. The operator is further reminded of the facility's proximity to the Gulf; thereby, the location is considered a sensitive area.
