Site Characterization Information This package is presented to the National Park Service subject to the assertions made by American Exploration Companyin its letter dated April 27, 1994to OryxEnergy Company relative to the ownership of the Yarborough Pass facility. American further reserves the right to contest jurisdiction of the National Park Service over American as the party responsible for the Yarborough Pass facility. CC
