McCrary PC. 1997. To: Pierce B. Re: McCrary_1997_AmericanExplorationResponsibleForWaterWellStateTract228

Padre Island National Seashore was notified by Oryx Energy and American Exploration in letters (copies enclosed) that on December 1, 1989, American Exploration had taken over the operations at Murdock Pass. The gas processing facility at Murdock used the water produced by the water well located in State Tract 228 and is part of the Murdock Pass gas gathering facility. In the Assignment, Bill of Sale and Conveyance (enclosed), "part (b)" describes those things related to the acquisition of Laguna State" A" 233-1. We believe that the Murdock Pass (Yarborough Pass) gas facility and the water well.ST 228-1 are part of the acquisition of ST 233-1.
