The National Park Service has offered comments on the revised characterization plan regarding sampling/analysis methods, decontamination, installation of monitoring wells, and the health and safety plan for the project. The Service has informed the operator of its approval of the revised site characterization plan upon incorporation of the comments into the plan by the operator
