Attached for your review is the recently completed Yarborough Pass site investigation performed by Ensource Corporation. The investigation identified the nature of the contamination at the site. Based on the results of the investigation it will be necessary to delineate the extent of the contamination to develop a remediation plan. The plan to delineate the contamination at the site will be completed in the next several weeks and a copy will be forwarded to your office for review. The site investigation report is presented to the National Park: Service subject to the assertions made by American Exploration Company in its letter dated April 27, 1994 to Oryx Energy Company relative to the ownership of the Yarborough Pass facility. American reserves the right to contest jurisdiction of the National Park Service over American as the party responsible for the Yarborough Pass facility.
