I am writing to confinn our telephone conversation ofJanuary 9, 1996. During the conversation the Padre Island National Seashore had requested that American Exploration Company leave the main road going through the Dunn-McCampbell "A" lease intact for future park use. This would be done when the Dunn-McCampbell "A" lease is being abandoned. At that time only the ancillary roads would be removed (the road going from the main road to the A-6 well) and the pad at the A-3/A-8 well sites would be reduced in size. The material reclaimed from that operation would be used to rebuilt the main road as necessary.
