On March 10, 1997, the Corpus Christi Office of the Railroad Commission of Texas closed complaint No. 04-0807 referencing the Yarborough Pass facility. The closing of the complaint indicates that it is no longer necessary for the district office to perform monthly investigations and submit reports to the Austin Office. The closing of the complaint does not imply that the remediation of the site has been completed and that no more informationwill be requiredby the Commission.
