Re: Murdock Pass North and Murdock Pass Fields Attached for your review are American Exploration Company's (AX) draft submittals of an Operations Plan for wells and facilities intended for continued production and an Abandonment Plan for those wells and facilities which will be plugged, dismantled, and remediated accordingly. These plans describe current and projected oil and gas activities by AX within the Padre Island National Seashore and are intended to comply with 36 CFR parts 9.30 through 9.52.
