In response to a meeting between the National Park Service and American Exploration Co. (AX) on August 27, 1991, AX hearby confirms it's intentions to comply with federal regulations governing oil and gas activities within a National Park found in 36 CFR parts 9.30 through 9.52. Specifically, AX will submit by October 31, 1991, a draft plan of operations for those facilities intended for continued production and closure plan for all other company facilities located in the Padre Island National Seashore.
