American Exploration Companyhas completed the application process with the Texas General Land Office for certification under the Oilspill Prevention and Response Act of 1991, and in the process has re-evaluated all SPCC Plans for coastal facilities. A copy of this updated SPCC Plan is attached for all operations within the Padre Island National Seashore.
