This report outlines how vegetation sampling was used to assist in the preservation of historic fields at Saratoga National Historical Park. The purpose of this study was to lay the ground work for understanding what is out in the fields, what the natural environments needs are, and how best to integrate a management regime that meets cultural needs yet mitigates damage to the parks.
