American Exploration Company files with you a notorized statement ratifying the Plans of Operations of May 21, 1984 (for Continuing Operation of Existing Natural Gas Production Facilities in the North Murdock Field and Murdock Pass Field to replace the expired Special Use Permit 7490-39 issued December 20, 1979), supplemented on March 4, 1985 and August 21, 1986, and of January 2, 1985 (for the Dunn-McCampbell A-8 Exploratory Well), and stating their intent to be bound thereby; or files a new plan of operations (36 CFR 9.34(b)). 2. If American Exploration Company adopts the existing Plans of Operations, a notorized affidavit stating that the operations will be conducted in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations should be submitted pursuant to 36 CFR 9.36(a)(15)
