MrSid compression 20:1 of Landsat TM satellite imagery for Yukon-Charley Rivers National Preserve. This Yukon-Charley Rivers National Preserve satellite image mosaic was created by the National Park Service Alaska Landcover Mapping Program. A TM image from August 20, 1991 for path/row 66/14 (shifted 40%) was used to create this product. Coverage is complete for the entire Preserve. The mosaic was created using bands 4-reflective infrared, 3-red,and 2-green. The TM image data was sampled for a 30m pixel. The original image was generated by USGS in UTM format a reprojected by USGS for the National Park Service in Alaska Albers NAD83 format. The final mosaic has been produced with a 30m pixel. The mosaic is useful down to approximately 1:60,000. The expected geometric accuracy of the product is ± 60m.
