The Plan of Operations described herein is presented in five sections which are applicable to 36 CFR9.36 as follows: Section 2.0 describes the proposed operation, complying with 9.36 (a)(l)-(lO) of the regulations; Section 3.0 provides a brief description of the site environment in compliance with (16)(i) of the regulations; Section 4.0 summarizes the potential impacts and subsequent mitigative techniques to be applied. This sections covers (16)(ii)-(vi) and (11)-(15). Section 5.0 contains additional information on the proposed operations relative to alternative sites and the National Seashore's Statement for Management.
