Given that Hg contamination in Florida’s aquatic ecosystems appears to be largely the result of atmospheric deposition of Hg, a major focus of this study will be on examining the relationship between relative contributions of local source emissions and deposition fluxes of Hg to aquatic resources throughout the state.
