I have completed the review of the Draft Plan of operations for the continued production and abandonment of non producing facilities operated by American Exploration at Padre Island National Seashore. The submitted Plan contains much of the needed information for a complete Plan of Operations; however the following comments address the deficiencies I have found in the order the occur in the draft plan.
