Attached for your review are responses that address the National Park Service's concerns identified in your letter dated January 31, 1995 (attached). I believe that once this information has been reviewed we will be ready to begin the characterization of the Yarborough Pass production site. These responses are presented to the National Park Service subject to the assertions made by American Exploration Company in its letter dated April 27, 1994 to Oryx Energy Company relative to the ownership of the Yarborough Pass facility. American reserves the right to contest jurisdiction of the National Park Service over American as the party responsible for the Yarborough Pass facility.
