The following information \\'ill update you on current \\ell status. Subject well has been plugged and abandoned. RRC Form W-3 is attached. 1 \"ill send you a signed copy by the RRC when I get it. The following equipment has been removed: 1) Well platform and casing. The casing \\'as cut off2()' below the mud line. 2) Flowlines from the \\'ell platform to the PINS Island. 3) Flowlines cutting across the PINS Island. -l) Flowlines from the edge of the PINS Island to the east side ofICWW. 5) FlO\"lines from \"est edge of the lCWW 300' dO\\Il the Pure Oil Channel. 6) Flowlines from the top west side of ICWW doml to bottom on \\'est side ofICWW. 7) Pipeline crossing signs on both sides of ICWW. 1) Flowlines buried about 12 to I-l feet running across bottom of ICWW in an east / \\'est direction. 2) Flowline section on east side of the ICWW mnning from bottom to top of channel. This section of lines can easily be removed. However, the lines \"ere left in place in order (0 allO\\' us to quickly find the lines buried on the bottom of the ICWW. All surface equipment and pipelines have been remO\'ed from the boundaries of the Padre Island National Seashore (PINS)_ We \\'ill be coming one morc timc \"ith equipment for the rcmO\'al of lincs in thc rcww. Please advise if\\'e need to do any work on the island. As far as 1 kno\\' evcrything is ok. Due to the dcpth of burial the nO\dincs on the bollom ofthc ICCW have not yet been rcmoved. We finished a survey of these lines to detcrmine burial depth. r hope to ha,'c a mccting \\'ith thc CaE shortly to discuss and finalize plans for this section of
