This is a follow up to our previous discussion on Fina's pIon to plug and abandon the above referenced ,,"ell. You will find attached a copy of the current wellbore configuration. I have also included two dilTerent plugging procedures for this well. Both plugging designs will comply with the Onshore Oil and Gas Order # 2 that you sent me. Wc request that both of these procedures be review and approved by your staff. The reason ,ve have sent t\\·o procedures for your approval is that depending on availability and cost of equipment to plug this well we may need to use either method. We plan to meet with you prior to moving in to start the abandonment work in the field so that we can look ovcr and walk thc areas where we will be working. I am sure we can schedule a meeting when you, Bill Kirby and I can mutually meet at the location after you have reviewed this letter.
