In accordance with the Comprehens ive "Regulations of the National Park Service of the U. S. Department of the Interior (36 CFR 9136) and as required by Chief Ranger Max Hancock, Padre Island National Seashore, American Petrofina Company of Texas wishes to amend the approved Plan of Operations for State Tract 181, Well No.1, to include the installation, operation and maintenance of production equipment and two (2) 2.5-inch O.D. pipelines pursuant to producing State Tract 181, Well No.1, Laguna Madre, Kleberg County, Texas.
