Enclosed, please find copies of the information requested from BNP Petroleum Corporation by the National Park Service in regards to a supplemental plan of operations for the A3/ A8 pad located in Padre Island National Seashore, for your technical review. The documents should contain the following as requested by the NPS: 1) Right to operate documentation, including updated lease maps if different from Vector plan of operations 2) Updated contact information 3) Updated lease maps, operation location maps (showing proposed roads, pads, flowlines, etc.), operations map (locations of equipment, well head, etc.), topographic map covering all proposed operations. Maps should be scaled and include dimensions. 4) Updated geology information for the proposed well bores. 5) Updated timeline covering proposed activities, including reclamation 6) Updated detailed description of operations including the pad expansion if addressed through the supplement. Describe the following 1. New or proposed ground disturbance operations for any pad or road expansion (if included) 2. Drilling operational steps 3. Mud system 4. Blowout prevention 5. Water requirements and source 6. Well logging, testing, casing, and cementing programs 7. Production facilities 8. Well plugging procedures 9. Well work over procedures 7) Updated spill plan 8) Updated Material Data Safety Sheets 9) Updated reclamation plan 10)NewRRC W-l Drilling Permit 11) Copies of any other permits 12) Updated Affidavit of Compliance 13) Updated natural resource description and information similar to the Peach Plan
