BNP Petroleum Corporation ("BNP") is nearing the end of the lease term on the Dunn McCampbell A Lease. In order for BNP to retain the lease, additional production needs to be sustained prior to the end of the lease term. It is of utmost importance operations begin immediately to hold this lease for present and future development operations. Therefore, pursuant to that certain letter dated December 14, 1999, Approval of Vector Energy's Plan of Operations for the Dunn McCampbell A Lease, BNP, as successor and operating under the above Plan of Operations, has secured a workover rig to move in on the Dunn McCampbell A-3 on Saturday, April 2, 2005, and commence operations to restore production. The above workover operation will take approximately 15 to 20 days to complete. There will be nineteen (19) trucks, more or less, carrying equipment and supplies to the wellsite.
