An aquaintance of mine who wants to remain anonymousrecentlysent me the attached Daily Drilling Reports concerning the improper plugging of a gas well on Padre Island. He was concerned that the well was improperly plugged and after reviewing the information he provided it does not appear to be plugged in accordance with Railroad Commission rules and regulations. I forwarded the Daily Drilling Reports to Arnold Ott in our Corpus Christi office for review. The Corpus Christi office will have jurisdiction in this matter.
