The BNP Petroleum (BNP) A3 well operation is not in compliance with the approved Plan of Operations for the Murdock Pass North Field, which BNP ratified upon assuming ownership of the operations from Vector Energy in December 1999. Specifically, the company undertook unapproved surface disturbance at the site as discovered by park staff on November 13,2006.
