This SOP gives step-by-step instructions for reporting on Variable Circular Plot bird count and habitat survey data collected at Agate Fossil Beds National Monument, Nebraska and Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve, Kansas. The SOP describes the procedure for formatting a report, the review process and distribution of completed reports. Efficient reporting on monitoring results is critical in assisting park Resource Managers in management decisions. Therefore, a reporting schedule is given with critical dates identified.
