The purpose of this report is to summarize aquatic invertebrate monitoring data collected from 1989 through 2004, and to assess changes in community structure through time. In-stream habitat and riparian assessments were conducted in 2002 and 2003 to document habitat conditions of the Niobrara River where the aquatic invertebrate communities evolved.
