This report provides an assessment of the current natural resource management program at Horseshoe Bend National Military Park (HOBE) including recommendations for program improvement and change. The Natural Resource Assessment of Horseshoe Bend National Military Park examines the current management program in place along with the current natural resource conditions found in the park. The assessment of the management programs focused on two primary management objectives and three secondary management objectives and the different specific practices being done to meet those objectives. As for the current conditions, the assessment focused on six different catergories: water resources, non-native species, stream banks, air quality, forest health and soil resources. After the completion of the assessment, the authors made management recommendations taht would help the current park managers meet the management objectives.
