The report focuses on the establishment of a water quality sensor at Kingsley Plantation and the data that was collected from the sensor. This project was the initial collection project for the development and implementation of a statewide water quality monitoring program. The objectives of this project are: to create a point in time baseline of water quality measurements against which to detect and measure future alterations to the system, to detect any deviations from expected water quality measurements , to detect any variation from state water quality standards, and to relate observed variations in water quality measurements with concurrently collected meteorological data
