A survey of marine fauna found in the MDI region. INVERTEBRATES: Lists species found on Mount Desert Island and from Blue Hill Bay. Also explains how Nucula sp. and Yoldia sp. have decreased in abundance since Blaney's and Proctor's surveys. Notes Cnidarians (4), Nemerteans (2), Mollusca (14), Annelida (6), Crustaceae (7), Echinoderms (7), and Chordata (Ascidians) (2). Also notes 2 species of mollusks from Echo Lake.
